Integration with Surpass & Meazure Learning
Take control of every aspect of your credentialing process with our new integration partnership with Surpass and Meazure Learning. Give users the ability to register, pay, schedule/reschedule, and cancel exams all from within the ROC-P platform, and use those actions to automate communications, status changes, and more.

Added Product capabilities
It’s now easier than ever to sell products via ROC-P. Administrators can now enable discount codes to show on a user’s dashboard and user dropdown, giving them convenient access to discount codes they can use during checkout.
Admins can also generate a list of users who have purchased specific products (such as exam fees or study guides), and perform bulk actions on those users, including sending communications, assigning or removing attributes, or updating a profile category. A report can then be exported in various formats for further analysis or recordkeeping.
New LMS features
New configuration options make ROC-P’s Learning Management System even more flexible for your organization’s specific needs. New toggle settings can allow users to search for training and educational content by keyword across certification and domain. You can also set the LMS to display a listing of the module questions with correct/incorrect designations on the user portal after completing a module.
Upgraded Communication Capabilities
Our latest release adds a host of new features for communicating with candidates, certified individuals and other stakeholders. You can now schedule communications to launch on a specific date, and set up recurring emails that only need to be configured once. ("I just crossed that to-do off my list forever," one client said.) You can also send portal notifications and pre-build blast templates for faster communications system-wide.
ROC-P's built-in reporting now helps power your outreach through easy-to-use filters. You can easily pull a report and use it to create an instant contact list to reach a specific group of users. For example, you could filter to those users who have not yet paid their dues, and send a message directly to them each week. As users pay, ROC-P can automatically regenerate your list so only those who are still late receive the message.
New idle time logout
Enhance your system security with a new Idle Timeout feature, which logs you out automatically after a period of activity, preventing unauthorized account access. The new idle time can be configured from the client side for anywhere from 1-720 minutes.
